Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Highland Technical, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company doing business as Prizmatik (prizmatik.io) ("Highland Technical", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the glimpsegen platform ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you register we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) organization, phone number, and address. This is used to operate your account, send transactional emails, and communicate with you about the Service.

Usage data. We log the prompts you submit, the models generated, credit consumption, and actions taken within the Service. This helps us operate and improve the platform.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or CVV. We receive and retain billing metadata (plan, amount, transaction ID) from Stripe.

Technical data. We collect standard server logs including IP address, browser/client type, and timestamps to maintain security and diagnose issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing receipts).
• To enforce our Terms of Service and detect abuse.
• To respond to support requests.

3. Free Plan: Use of Generated Models and Quality Pass Data

If you are on the Free plan, we may retain your generated 3D models, the prompts used to create them, and quality pass data, including the code submitted for a fix pass and the corrected code output produced when a quality/fix pass is triggered. We use this data internally for product development, quality improvement, and AI system evaluation. This is covered in detail in our Terms of Service §4.

If you are on a paid plan (Builder, Pro, or Team), your generated outputs are not used for training or internal development without your explicit consent.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers. We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform, including Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and cloud infrastructure providers. These processors are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
• Legal obligations. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Highland Technical or the public.
• Business transfers. If Highland Technical is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Community Feed

If you choose to share a model to the community feed (available on any plan), the model thumbnail and prompt may become publicly visible on the glimpsegen homepage. You can unshare a model at any time from the app. Unsharing removes the model from public display but does not delete it from your library.

Sharing to the community feed grants us a limited display licence (thumbnail and prompt, feed only) as described in our Terms of Service §5. That display licence does not expand beyond operating the feed and terminates when you unshare or delete your account.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, subject to the following exceptions:

• Free-plan generated models. 3D models and prompts retained for internal development purposes under our Terms of Service §4 may be kept in anonymised form after account deletion.
• Support records. Support ticket records and related correspondence are retained for up to 3 years for dispute resolution and service quality purposes.
• Financial records. Billing records, transaction history, and related financial information are retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable law and standard accounting practices.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage, HTTPS for all data in transit, and hashed passwords. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use only functional cookies and localStorage to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@glimpse-gen.com. We will respond within 30 days.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
